Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be issued for the Third Chennai Advanced Diabetic Foot & Wounds Conference 2026 (ADFWC 2026) registrations.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available based on the cancellation timeline as specified in our Cancellation Policy. To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your registration according to the deadlines outlined.

3. Refund Amounts

The refund amount depends on when the cancellation is requested:

More than 30 days before conference: 95% refund (5% processing fee deducted)
15-30 days before conference: 75% refund
7-14 days before conference: 50% refund
Less than 7 days before conference: No refund

4. Processing Fees

A processing fee of 5% may be deducted from refunds to cover administrative and payment gateway charges. This fee applies to cancellations made more than 30 days before the conference.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your cancellation is approved:

Refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

6. Payment Method

Refunds will be credited back to the same payment method used for the original transaction:

Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the same card
Bank Transfers: Refunded to the same bank account
Online Payment Gateways: Refunded through the same gateway

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

Processing fees (if applicable)
Accommodation bookings (handled separately by the hotel)
Travel expenses
Any additional services purchased separately

8. Conference Cancellation by Organizers

If the conference is canceled by the organizing committee:

Full refunds will be issued to all registered participants
No processing fees will be deducted
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation announcement

9. Disputed Transactions

If you believe there is an error with your refund or if you have not received your refund within the specified timeframe, please contact us immediately at contact@rkfoot.com with your registration details.

10. Currency

All refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original payment (Indian Rupees - INR).

11. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:

Only certain components of a registration package are canceled
Special circumstances warrant a partial refund

All partial refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
