If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us in writing via email to contact@rkfoot.com. Cancellation requests must include your registration number and full name.
The following cancellation deadlines and refund policies apply:
Refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days from the date of cancellation approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.
Instead of canceling, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 7 days before the conference start date. The substitute participant must meet all registration requirements.
In the unlikely event that the conference is canceled by the organizing committee due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events), registered participants will be entitled to:
The organizing committee will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by participants (such as travel or accommodation costs).
The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the conference program, speakers, or schedule. Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund unless the conference is completely canceled.
Participants who do not attend the conference without prior cancellation notice are not entitled to any refund.
Requests for cancellation due to medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
